Sparring Rules

1.                   Use Control.

2.                   Light contact to headgear permitted no face contact.

3.                   Light to medium body contact allowed.

4.                   No strikes to the groin allowed.

5.                   No strikes to the spine.

6.                   Required sparring equipment.

·                     Hand Gear

·                     Foot gear

·                     Groin Protectors (Male)

·                     Mouthpieces

Sparring equipment for Karate must be approved by the head Sensei Rodney C. Peoples

Sparring equipment for Tai Chi must be approved by Shifu Andrew Plitt
